We set out to create a fresh, authentic Stracciatella that showcases the very best of Italian tradition — and we are proud to share this delicate, creamy specialty with our customers. One of the most beloved fresh cheeses of southern Italy, Stracciatella is known for its luxurious texture and irresistible freshness.

Tanto Latte Stracciatella is made by combining hand-shredded mozzarella strands with rich fresh cream and ricotta, resulting in a pearly white, velvety cheese with a delicate, slightly acidic flavour. Soft, smooth, and spoonable, it delivers the decadent essence found at the heart of burrata.

Each container is filled with artisanal Stracciatella crafted daily in small batches, offering exceptional freshness and a true taste of Italy.

Storing and Serving Stracciatella

Stracciatella should be kept refrigerated between 2–4 °C (35–40 °F) and stored in its original container until use. Once opened, it is best enjoyed within 2–3 days to maintain peak freshness and flavour.

To serve, remove from the fridge a few minutes before enjoying. Its naturally creamy texture softens beautifully, becoming even more luscious and spreadable. Perfect on warm bread, paired with fresh tomatoes, or drizzled with olive oil.

Stracciatella shines on pizza, in savory pies, or stirred gently into pasta dishes. Its delicate richness complements vegetables, grilled meats, and simple antipasto boards.
