Brie Cheese

We set out to craft a Brie-style cheese that delights the palate of our customers and succeeded. We are incredibly proud to add Brie to our variety of cheeses, one of the most appreciated in the cheese kingdom.

Tanto Latte Brie is a semi‑soft, white‑rind cheese that ripens for three weeks and has a one‑month shelf life.

Each 180 g round, wrapped in bright white packaging, hints at the fresh, creamy indulgence inside. Made from milk sourced from a local Okanagan dairy, it delivers that unmistakable farmhouse richness.

Storing and Serving Brie Cheese

It is recommended to keep brie between 2–4 °C (35–40 °F), stored it in its original packaging, then wrap loosely in parchment paper to allow it to breathe.

Brie should be enjoyed within one month of purchase, or before the “best‑by” date. After opening, best eaten within 5–7 days.

To serve, remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Softens to velvety perfection, enhancing both texture and flavour. Ideal at room temperature on a cheese board. Try it baked in pastry or served in creamy fondue. Complements berry jam beautifully. Our brie pairs spectacularly with local Okanagan wines.

Brie Cheese Recipe

Because of its creamy texture and smooth, melt-in-your-mouth quality, Tanto Latte Brie can be enjoyed fresh by itself, on a cheese board, or spread on crackers and baguette slices. It also makes an excellent addition to baked dishes or melted into creamy sauces. Baked Brie is a popular choice, where its soft center becomes gooey and indulgent. For those looking for a savoury treat, try it in a fondue or melted on a pizza.

Tanto Latte Brie pairs beautifully with fruits like apples, pears, and berries. It's also a perfect companion for local Okanagan jams, honey and wines. If you're feeling adventurous, try it in a warm grilled sandwich or in savory baked pastries like puff pastry parcels.

Tanto Latte Brie is a cheese that’s as versatile as it is delicious. Whether it’s elegantly served on a cheese board or incorporated into an inventive recipe, this Brie will elevate any meal. Try it with your favorite local wine, or indulge in a cozy evening with a simple, comforting dish.
